2. Service Area

Bugify Pest Control provides pest control services primarily in Queensland (QLD), Australia — including Brisbane metro and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by suburb; please contact us to confirm whether we service your location.

3. Services Provided

We provide a range of pest management services, including but not limited to:

  • • General pest treatments (ants, spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, etc.)
  • • Rodent control (rats & mice)
  • • Termite inspections and treatments
  • • Bed bug treatments
  • • Wasp and bee removal
  • • Flea treatments
  • • End-of-lease / vacate pest treatments
  • • Pre-purchase pest inspections

Specific inclusions, exclusions and scope of work will be set out in any written quote or service agreement we provide.

4. Quotes & Pricing
  1. All quotes are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  2. Quotes are based on the information you provide and our assessment of the premises.
  3. Extra charges may apply for: additional services requested on-site, larger-than-expected infestations, hard-to-access areas or unsafe working conditions. We will notify you before commencing any additional work.
  4. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be adjusted if an in-person or detailed assessment reveals different requirements. GST is included where applicable.
5. Booking & Cancellations
  1. Bookings may be made via phone, email, or through our website.
  2. For certain services we may require a deposit to confirm the booking (this will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation).
  3. Cancellations or reschedules should be provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. “No-shows” may incur the full service fee.
  4. We may need to cancel or reschedule due to technician availability, safety concerns, weather or other unforeseen circumstances; we will notify you as soon as practicable.
6. Payment Terms
  1. Payment is due on completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Accepted payment methods: cash, EFT (bank transfer), and major credit/debit cards. (If you require an alternative method, contact us.)
  3. Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery costs. Unpaid debts may be referred to a debt collection agency; you will be responsible for any associated recovery costs.
7. Client Responsibilities & Preparation

To ensure safe and effective treatment you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property access.
  • • Follow any pre-treatment instructions (e.g., clearing surfaces, removing food, securing pets).
  • • Keep children and pets away from treatment areas until re-entry times are observed.
  • • Inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or relevant health issues before treatment.
  • • Provide safe access to treatment areas at the scheduled time.

Failure to comply may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and could void warranties.

8. Warranty & Re-treatment Policy
  1. Where a warranty or re-treatment is offered, details (length of warranty, conditions, and exclusions) will be set out on your invoice or service agreement.
  2. Warranties are conditional on: following all technician instructions, reasonable property maintenance and no new external sources of infestation.
  3. Warranties do not cover: re-infestation from neighbouring properties, structural defects, or conditions outside our control.
  4. Requests for re-treatment under warranty must be made within the stated warranty period.
9. Safety & Product Information
  1. We use registered, professional-grade pest control products in accordance with label directions and regulatory requirements.
  2. Technicians are trained and operate with safety as a priority.
  3. You may experience temporary odour or residue following treatment; we’ll advise any required re-entry times.
  4. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that affect the outcome of treatment, nor for damage resulting from failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
10. Limitation of Liability
  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses (including loss of profits).
  3. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — where applicable, you are entitled to remedies for major failures and guarantees that cannot be excluded.
11. Privacy

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Bugify Pest Control. You must not reproduce, distribute or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

14. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or engagement of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any written quote or service agreement, represent the entire agreement between you and Bugify Pest Control in relation to the supply of pest control services.
